Abstrakty

W niniejszym artykule zawarto zarys nurtów i definicji przywództwa. Omówiono czynniki skutecznego przywództwa. Zauważono, że współcześni przywódcy muszą wykształcić w sobie umiejętność docierania do osób mających zupełnie odmienne hierarchie wartości, a przede wszystkim jednoczenia ich wokół wspólnych celów.
