Abstrakty
Od 1994 r. spada w Polsce dynamika rozwoju sektora prywatnego, chociaż zmiany systemowe i strukturalne stwarzają sprzyjające warunki do rozwoju prywatnej przedsiębiorczości. Autor uważa, iż podstawową przyczyną takiego stanu rzeczy są trudności kapitałowe sektora prywatnego. W artykule przedstawił on źródła i formy finansowania działalności gospodarczej osób fizycznych, wynikające z polityki państwa oraz inne metody alternatywne: leasing, factoring, franchising i venture capital.
The article tries to determine the main sources and forms of financing individual economic activity during systemic transformation. The present radical changes in the functioning of the national economy favour private entrepreneurship and carrying out economic activity on one's own account. Despite the fact that the present changes have already removed many obstacles to the development of small enterprises, they have not created an indispensable economic-financial infrastructure which would stimulate a rapid growth of individual economic activity. The basic factor hindering a dynamic development of small individual firms is above all no access to low interest creadits. Therefore, creating the conditions for a dynamic development of financial services for the sector of small private firms should become an essential element of the state's policy as regards private entrepreneurship. Improvements in this field should include, among others, laws regulating the functioning of financial institutions and conditions for the establishment of the local funds of credit quarantees.(original abstract)
