Abstrakty
Wherever there is a well-developed and consolidated culture of trust, there are conditions supporting quality as the fundamental organizational value. One of the signs of the culture of trust is empowerment. This concept is not only a process of giving somebody something (e.g. authority), buta process of eliminating fear and many obstacles hindering decision-making. The experiences to date indicate that empowerment is a sign of the battle against bureaucracy. It has a positive impact on the satisfaction of the internal customer and contributes to the success of supervisors in the public sphere. (original abstract)
