Abstrakty

Atrakcyjność oferty dla klienta jest ważnym wyznacznikiem przewagi konkurencyjnej. W artykule podjęto próbę odpowiedzi na pytanie, jakie czynniki mają wpływ na ocenę atrakcyjności oferty i firmy, a w konsekwencji - na wielkość przewagi konkurencyjnej przedsiębiorstwa.

The aim of this work is to describe the relationship between creating customer value and the attractiveness of an offer. A constantly maintained and stable level of attractiveness of an offer affects the assessment of a company (brand) and becomes the determinant of the company's competitive advantage in relation to its rivals that are not subject to comparative assessments. Two basic strategic options in terms of methods of creating customer value should be distinguished: 1) increasing the price attractiveness of an offer, and 2) pursuing maximum product value by better adjustment of an offer to individual customer needs and expectations. Efficient competitive advantage is most important if current entrepreneurial issues are considered. Over the long-term, issues of character and scale of competitive advantage are also significant.
