Abstrakty

Próba analizy dokonanej w niniejszym artykule wskazuje wyraźnie, że reformujący się rynek usług medycznych nie ma profesjonalistów, których wy-kształcenie i umiejętności nabywane w trakcie studiów mogłyby pokazywać dobre wzorce organizacyjne. Niestety, polskie zapóźnienie w tym zakresie jest zawstydzające. Porównując systemy kształcenia w Polsce i w Stanach Zjedno-czonych, można stwierdzić, że nasi absolwenci uczelni ekonomicznych nie tylko nie wiedzą, jak funkcjonuje podmiot leczniczy, lecz także nie znają pojęć z zakresu zarządzania, tak charakterystycznych i specyficznych dla obecnego okresu. Polski absolwent nie zna systemów zarządzania przez jakość, chociaż prawie każdy zakład już ma certyfikat jakości lub przygotowuje się do jego zdobycia. Nie wie, co oznacza akredytacja podmiotu leczniczego (kto i w jakich warunkach może przyznać status jednostki akredytowanej) - a to przecież są systemy z zakresu zarządzania. Rozliczanie jednorodnych grup pacjentów (JGP) stanowi poważny stopień skomplikowania, nie mówiąc o budżetowaniu oddziałów.(fragment tekstu)

The attempt of made analysis is indicating in the present article clearly, that re-forming oneself internal market, there are no professionals which the education and shaped abilities in the course of studies could show good organizational models. Unfor-tunately our - the Polish backwardness in this respect is not only paralysing, as even shaming. Comparing education systems in Poland and e.g. in the United States, our graduates of business colleges) don‟t not only know how the healing entity is functional what even they don‟t know whether aren‟t also associating notions in managing this way characteristic and peculiar to the current period. Graduate (Polish) he doesn‟t know systems of the total quality management, even though every unit already has the right or is preparing for the certificate. He doesn‟t know, what accreditation of the healing sub-ject means (who and what conditions can grant the status of the accredited individual in) - and these are after all systems in managing. JGP - that is accounting for homogeneous groups of patients, it not saying the too serious degree of complicating already about budgeting of branches. That‟s all a graduate of the American college is getting to know, if only direction chooses from a range of services or also the specialization concentrat-ing on managing hospitals. Comparing the education system, it isn‟t enough we aren‟t giving the chance to our graduates for getting and keeping good workstations, it still through the obsolete education system on business colleges and medical we cause, that basic social competence which is the innovation and the creativity (this way valued in the USA - and value counted in dollars) is absent on the Polish market.
