Abstrakty

Na szczególną uwagę zasługują relacje między podmiotem usługowym a etyką postępowania indywidualnego. Układ ten najwyraźniej bowiem uwydatnia często pojawiający się wewnętrzny konflikt interesów.Celem każdego podmiotu usługowego jest wola zdominowania konkurencji, utrzymanie się na rynku lub zdobycie pozycji lidera, natomiast pracownicy zatrudnieni w podmiotach usługowych kierują się chęcią osiągania własnych celów.(fragment tekstu)

Although one can observe some lively debates concerning the tasks and role of the professional codes on both academic and practical levels, still many of them does not seem to be fulfilling the function and the aims supposed to constitute the reason for establishing such codes. Their rules are usually based on such a universal level that they are prone to be interpreted differently in various circumstances. Moreover there are formal errors to be commonly found in them. And in fact it is to be noticed, that the codes are often legal regulations reformulated to become a set of professional imperatives. Nevertheless they are often unknown to professional workers and as such their existence is based solely on formal basis. The aim of the article is to attempt to propose a wider discourse on the scope, tasks and functions of the ethical codes in service enterprises as well as their detail level in relation to the general ethical normative and national legal norms.
