The paper presents a part of research results based on the concept where entrepreneurship and leadership are put together in order to increase the efficiency of an organisation. The area of research might be further developed while studying relations between entrepreneurial leadership and the problem of multidimensional efficiency, or other measures of entrepreneurship, as it is essential to concentrate on above average efficiency and positive results of small and medium enterprises. Leaders of different types of enterprises should hopefully benefit from the results of the research results. In spite of the fact that it was not possible to correlate entrepreneurial leadership with financial factors due to the lack of data, the research results show that respondents who think that their supervisors represent a higher level of entrepreneurial leadership are more satisfied with their work. It seems that the development of entrepreneurial leadership in organizations is directly correlated with the increase of efficiency in seizing and implementing opportunities as well as with changes in work culture.(original abstract)
