Abstrakty

Autor zajmuje się problemami dotyczącymi oceny (szacowania) wartości przedsiębiorstwa w procesie transformacji w dawnych Niemczech Wschodnich oraz próbuje porównać rozwiązanie tych problemów z procesem transformacji i prywatyzacji w innych krajach Europy Środkowo-Wschodniej. Pakazuje również, że w okresie transformacji wartość aktywów netto staje się ważniejsza dla oceny wartości przedsiębiorstwa niż przyszłe zyski i przepływy pieniężne. Co więcej, brak zysku i ukierunkowania przedsiębiorstwa mogą wpływać negatywnie na procesy prywatyzacji.

The article describel the main and different problems of valuation of whole business enterprises in the process of transformation in former eastern Germany and tries to compare them with the privatisation and transformation process in other eastern Europe countries. It aslo shows, that in times of system transformation, especially because of estimating problems, the value of net assets becomes more important for the valuation practice than the future profits and cash-flows. Furthermore there is often a lack of profit and business orientation in the ministeries of eastern countries. Both can cause negative effects for the privatization process. (original abstract)
