Premises of Using Methods of Process Interference Oriented Towards Improvement of Communication and Leadership in an Organization

Autorka przeprowadziła analizę literatury, mającą na celu uporządkowanie metod ingerencji w procesy takie jak komunikacja, rozwiązywanie problemów, przywództwo w całej organizacji lub w jej głównych podsystemach. Omówiła metody: sondażowe sprzężenie zwrotne (Survey Feedback), spotkanie konfrontacyjne organizacji, relacje międzygrupowe oraz modele systemów zarządzania R. Likerta i siatkowy rozwój organizacji Blake'a i Moutona.
The aim of the article is: 1) to indicate factors which influence process of reengineering; 2) to describe system-wide process interventions-change programs directed at improving processes such as communication, problem solving and leadership for an entire organization or major subsytem. Survey feedback involves gathering organizational data and feeding back that information to organization members for purposes of problem solving and action planning. A second system-wide proceses method is the organizational confrontation meeting. It helps to mobilize the problem-solving resources of organizations by forcing managers to identify and confront pressing issues. The third intervention deals with intergroup relations and consists of techniques for resolving dysfunctional conflicts between groups or departments. At the end of the article we can notice two normative approaches to organizational devellopment in contrast to modern contingency approaches, both system 4 and the gird propose one best way to manage organizations.
