Abstrakty
Treść artykułu dotyczy wprowadzenia podejścia procesowego do systemu zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem, jako skutecznego sposobu i narzędzia poprawy jego funkcjonowania. Podejście procesowe pozwala spojrzeć na przedsiębiorstwo jako całość bez ograniczeń wynikających z podziału na funkcje, działy, komórki. Celem procesowego ujęcia przedsiębiorstwa jest takie zorganizowanie firmy, by możliwe było jak najlepsze tworzenie wartości dla klientów, czyli rozwiązywanie problemu klienta. Autor podkreślił, że w organizacjach zorientowanych na procesy każdy, pracownik musi być świadomy wszystkich procesów i ich znaczenia dla organizacji oraz dla klientów.
The progress in technique and technology, which has been achieved in the recent years, as well as more and more quickly changing environmental conditions cause that the classical methods of the company management cease being efficient. Obsolete organisational structures and the inefficient way of gaining information reflect this state. The experiences of the recent years show, however, that there is a way to improve, at least partially, this situation. Breaking off the hitherto existing rules of managing, and concentrating on the processes rather than on tasks, creates a chance that the "new quality" in meeting the information needs of an enterprise will occur. Aiming at the client's uttermost satisfaction with the purchased product, that is, creating the product of the highest vale, and the related with it implementation of new technologies and techniques of management, has gradually led to reformulation of the concept of a company.
