Abstrakty

Krótkookresowy rachunek wyników daje możliwość ustalania wyników przedsiębiorstwa w bardzo krótkich okresach czasu (1 miesiąca), stanowi więc niezbędny instrument operatywnego zarządzania. Omówiono metodologię budowy takiego rachunku, wzajemne związki między nim a rachunkiem nakładów a także koncepcję ujęcia procesów podziału wyników.

The author presents the basic elements of the construction of a short-term account of financial performance which is to provide a quick and easy to use instrument that will enable the comprehension of information in a day-to-day management of an enterprise, especially in the period of the transformation of the economic system. A close link between the objectives and structure of a short-term account of financial performance has been demonstrated. Its links with the account of costs and an annual account of performance has been of a particular interest to the author. In the concluding part of the paper the author points out the need for calculating operational data (and selects a conception which describes how to do it) while preparing a short-term account of financial performance.
