Omówiono budżet państwa francuskiego, jego dochody i wydatki w aspekcie teorii impasu (niewielkiego przekroczenia budżetowego).

The article deals with the problems pertaining to the French budget and the theory of impasse. In contemporary states public law associations gather financial means in their budgets to finance the planned projects. The author discusses the volume of public funds in France in relation to the G.D.P., the main sources of those funds and what are they basically spent on. Despite the fact that the principle of balanced budget is officially still in force, in practice it can be exceeded to a certain point in the case of a state budget. Under certain conditions and to a specified extent the occurrence of budget deficit or impasse is permitted, and is financed with loans contracted with the Bank of France or the issue of treasuries.
