The article deals with the characterization of organizing solvings in a range of wide understood control of activities in various spheres of a company. That problem is presented on the bases of activities the German companies. Moreover, the article considers and presents the question of participating of subjects such as as controllers and managers in the process of controlling forming in a company. (original abstract)
