Abstrakty

Przedstawiono ewolucję form wynagradzania w krajach zachodnich, która zdaniem autora powinna wskazywać kierunki zmian polskim przedsiębiorstwom. Zmiany takie warunkują wzrost efektywności pracy, szczególnie w prywatyzowanych przedsiębiorstwach.

There are presented several classifications of the forms of payment from the Polish and German bibliography in the article. There are also discussed different directions of the evolutions of these forms occuring in the western countries. It is noticed that the duality of these forms consisting in occuring of the new forms of payment leads to the leveling of application of different form^ of payment. It was a general tendency in the eighties to limit the application of the simple task rates. There are also presented several conditions under which the forms of payment in Poland can be improved. It was emphasized that the privatisation of the state enterprises, especially by commercialisation, creates in fact the main stimulus for the growth of the effectivnes of work. Yet, it is very important to notice that by applying of different forms of payment we can also achieve a growth of this effectiveness. (original abstract)
