Abstrakty

Omówiono uwarunkowania innowacyjności związane z procesem zarządzania i techniki zarządzania personelem w sytuacjach innowacyjnych. Przedstawiono model przedsiębiorstwa W.G. Ouchiego, w którym menedżer jest stymulatorem innowacyjności, a także inne formy organizacyjne zachęcające do innowacyjności.

Personnel management in an eterprise depends greatly on the attitude of the management towards its employees. The author discusses the major theories which are decisive for the degree of formality of a given entity and methods of communication among employees of different hierarchical levels particularly when faced with innovator tasks. Cosiderable attention is focused on the theory Z of Ouchi in which numerous interesting changes in the methods of tackling the issue of personnel management are proposed. The article concludes with examples of organizational forms different from the ones generally known. They consitute solutions which favour a smooth run of innovatory processes. (original abstract)
