Autor przedstawił teoretyczne rozważania dotyczące szacunkowego określenia bezpiecznego zakresu zwiększania popytu jako elementu zwalczania bezrobocia, który to popyt nie będzie powodował zwiększania inflacji.

The article presents some theoretical aspects of active employment policy. Monetary policy plays an important part but it is very risky. The theory doesn't give any precise instruction. However an active policy in that field is nessary. (original abstract)
