Przedmiotem opracowania jest badanie rozwoju spożycia żywności w latach 1973-1989, w przekroju grup dochodowych gospodarstw domowych i ustalenie "stref nasycenia" w artykuły żywnościowe.

In this paper the levels area saturated with food products in the main groups of households weve analized on the basis of asymptote of the log-hyperbolic model. It shows the results of comparing the levels of saturation with food products with the target ratis models. The degrees what the households reached the established leves of saturation with food stuff were estimated for period 1973-1989. (original abstract)
