Abstrakty

Metoda REFA/Burkhardta powstała w 1980 r. jako synteza dwóch niemieckich metod normowania pracy administracyjnej, tj. metody REFA budującej strukturę czasu pracy i metody C.Burkhardta obliczającej normy obsady. Celem tej metody jest ustalenie niezbędnej liczby pracowników administracyjnych, przy założeniu równomiernego obciążenia pracą, oraz zachowaniu wymaganego poziomu pracy. W artykule przedstawiono szczegółowo tę metodę.

In the article the author has presented an original, German research-analytic REFA/Burkhardt method of personnel selection in the sphere of management. Assumptions and principles governing the method and criteria of classification of activities in the course of labour have been discussed. A technical structure of labor standards in the area of administrative tasks has been discussed. A course of action has been described and its most significant elements have been illustrared with practical examples.(original abstract)
