Przedstawiono metodykę projektowania zadań w administracji przedsiębiorstwa, opartą na idei J.R.Hackmana, modyfikując ją przez dodanie dwóch wymiarów zadania.

Planning of labour is understood as a process integrating the content, remuneration and necessary qualifications of each piece of labour with the needs of employees and organization. The presented methology of planing labour in the sphere of management has been based on the conception of individual concentration, but effors were made to allow for social aspects of carrying out tasks such as interpersonal contacts and establishing friendly relations. While designing a basic set of task transforming activities the following have been adopted: task mix, creating tasks constituting a natural whole, creating "customer - supplier" relations, vertical integration, opening the feedback channel, changes in the methods of communication, redesigning the spatial arrangement of workstands.(original abstract)
