Przedmiotem opracowania są założenia polityki podatkowej realizowanej w rolnictwie i przyjętych rozwiązań organizacyjno-prawnych systemu podatkowego, a także kierunków niezbędnych - zdaniem autorów - zmian.

In the article the authors discussed the most important aspects of a taxing policy and organization of tax system in the Polish agriculture. In the article the authors outlined theoretical basis of the taxing of agriculture focusing on the land and its role in the creation of ground rent. Next, the authors presented the assumptions of taxing policy and its role in the elimination of the impact of differential rent on the financial results of farms. Next, the adopted organizational and legal solutions in the tax system in agriculture were discussed. Due to ongoing integrational processes in Europe the need was demonstrated for the adjustment for the adjustment of the policies and tax system in agriculture to comply with the requirements of the European Union.(original abstract)
