Abstrakty

Omówiono stan zaawansowania procesu prywatyzacji w Polsce, a także przedstawiono przestrzenną analizę wg województw dotyczącą zmian strukturalnych grup podmiotów gospodarczych w latach 1990-1993, uwzględniając dane dotyczące liczby przedsiębiorstw państwowych, spółek prawa handlowego, spółdzielni, drobnych przedsiębiorstw zagranicznych i prywatnych podmiotów prowadzonych przez osoby fizyczne.

In the article the author analyzed the present state and the changes in the spatial diversification of processes pertaining to owernship transformation. The author presented advancements of privatisation in Poland in the years 1990-1993. The analysis of changes in the ownership stucture was presented on the example of changes undergoing in enterprises in a voivodsip cross-section. The analysis illustrated with numerous tables and graphs showing a distribution of major formats of businesses in a voivodship, namely: state- and commune-owned enterprises, companies owned by the Theasury, companies of the state legal persons, foreign companies, private companies, cooperatives, foreign small manufacture enterprises and businesses run by physical persons.(original abstract)
