Celem pracy jest znalezienie formuły opisu własności przedsiębiorstwa oraz zdefiniowanie kategorii zmiany własności. Autor definiuje podmiot i przedmiot działalności gospodarczej, formę własności przedsiębiorstwa i jej zmiany.

In this paper author seeks the formula of describing the form of the enterprise ownership and defines the category at the change of the form of the enterprise ownership. The paper consists of three parts. There are definitions of the subject and the object of economic activity in the first part. The second one offers some guidance for identifications of this form as the structure of three components: the partners, law rules and regulations and the property rights set. The third part sets the definition of the change of the form of the enterprise ownership.(original abstract)
