Abstrakty

Przedmiotem artykułu jest rozpoznanie przydatności różnych form prywatnej własności zbiorowej do warunków przekształcenia systemu gospodarczego krajów postkomunistycznych i dostosowanie go do zasad gospodarki rynkowej. Przedstawiono relacje pomiędzy własnością zbiorową a przedsiębiorczością kadry zarządzającej i rozwojem gospodarki; powiązania pomiędzy formami własności zbiorowej a efektywnością gospodarowania i rolę własności w restrukturyzacji gospodarki.

In the paper author justifies a belief that to ensure an effective expansion of the market economy in Poland it is not enough to privatize state-owned enterprises but also promote various form of collective ownership of big enterprises while stimulating an entrepreneurial spirit of their managers, as well as increase the number of small private businesses and cooperatives. At present this expansion is hampered by a low adaptability of state-owned enterprises and those already privatized to the requirements of the market economy. The following topics are dealt with in the paper: collective ownership versus entrepreneurship, ownership formats and additional benefits of owners, ownership and the transformation of the economy, ownership and social aspects of the economy. In the final part of the paper the author presents his conclusions. (original abstract)
