Abstrakty
W opracowaniu przedstawiono pojęcie i klasyfikację zasobów naturalnych, przesłanki, podstawy i kryteria racjonalnego gospodarowania zasobami, metody analizy wykorzystania zasobów (analiza kosztów i korzyści) oraz problem waloryzacji (wyceny) zasobów. Ponadto omówiono rolę państwa w gospodarowaniu zasobami naturalnymi i kierunki racjonalizacji ich gospodarowania.
The contents of the article shows the principles and directions of rational administration of natural resources in the conditions of market economy and the present social and economic reality. The complexity of problems connected with administration of natural resources - necessity to reconcile economic and ecological aims, individual and public interests, current and long-term goals for permanent use of resources and preserving them for future generations requires: - the acceptance of precise rules and criteria of resources administration efficiency, - adopting the proper methods of estimating natural resources, - the use of right methods in the analysis of the scale of resources administration, - applying in socio-economic policy of the state, determined tools of pressure or economic choice, stimulating economic subjects to use resources in accordance with the objectives of macroeconomics and public preferences. The basic directions of rationalization of limited resources administration pointed out in the article enable economic development, preserving ecological criteria and aims and contribute to the implementation of the "eco-development" concept.
