Praca opisuje i definiuje istotę reengineeringu, określa podstawowe wyznaczniki koncepcji reengineeringu, wpływ na strukturę organizacyjną i na funkcje realizowane w organizacji oraz uwypukla Business Process Reengineering jako supermetodę identyfikacji i implementacji strategii w przedsiębiorstwach. The article describes and defines the meaning of reengineering, the main indicators of reengineering theory, as well as its influence on the organisational structure and the functions followed in the organisation. There is also Business Process Reengineering presented as the supermethod of the strategy identification and implementation. The article describes the ways of creating strategy based on processes.
