An important regional aspect of transportation infrastructure development is harmony of investment directions and chances for persistent activization of served area. Two basis investment strategies - follow up and anticipation - differ from each other in the stage of risk and attitudetowards promotion of area activization. The marketing analysis will play a very essential role at proposed enterprices. The next important aspects of regional analysis of investment effects will be as follows: influence of both infrastructure building and its exploitation on environment, chances of economic effectiveness of infrastructure maintenance in post olimpic period.(original abstract)
