Artykuł jest próbą przedstawienia modelu banku, w którym podstawową jednostką organizacyjną są zespoły sprzedaży traktowane jako ośrodki odpowiedzialności, zajmujące się określonymi grupami klientów. Proponowana przez autorkę struktura zwiększa konkurencyjność banku, służy wzrostowi motywacji u jego pracowników oraz pomaga w wycenie ryzyka kredytów udzielanych przez zespoły sprzedaży.
The changing market surrouding and increasing competition among banks and parabank institutions result in fact that the traditional function structure of the bank begins being replaced by the organisation structure pointed to customers. This publication is an attempt of presenting such a model of the bank organisation, which gives the sales groups the role of responsibility centres. Sales groups consist of those workers who directly service the customer. The other central sections forming the back office of the sales groups fulfill the other functions, which are inevitable for the right running of the bank. The model bank possesses the data warehous, which represents a compact complete, and update set of information of results obtained by the sales groups. The suggested indexes of results: Return of Risk Weighted Assets, Return of Exposure, measure the profitability of the sales groups at the assumed risk level. The standards for the indexes are given by the committee of manage of standard must include three factors: profitability, liquidity and security of the bank. The standards have motivation function, their fulfilment results in admitting of premium to the sales groups. (original abstract)
