Abstrakty

Przedstawiono problem gospodarowania odpadami w województwie szczecińskim. Podkreślono konieczność budowy nowych składowisk oraz dążenie do maksymalizacji utylizacji surowców i materii organicznej zawartych w odpadach. Zwrócono również uwagę na problem zagospodarowania ścieków.

Refuses are unmanaging part of organic and mineral goods which are producing and consumpting during domestic and economic human activity. Refuses quantity is growing together increasing of people population. Refuses problem is becoming to biger, especially that is very difficult to find new area for storage refuses. From 1 January 1997 refuses managing is a part of communal economy and municipality duty. Basic of task appropriate conducting refuses administration is keeping clean and order together with sanitary condition for people living, environment protection and resources economical managing. Activity conecting with above mantioned tasks should basic an complete refuses managing program. The Communal Institution of Service National Ecology Fundation made refuses managing program for Szczecin which is standing that general principle for refuses managing is utilize maximum materials and organics goods contenting in refuses for minimalize refuses quantity which are going to waste dump. This plan proposes too to make necessary changes by stages to make oportunity to collect resources for investment and make easy waste removing charge increasing for inhabitants. Refuses sorting system on begining like in West Europe countries are going to dumping grounds. This system requires full acceptation and cooperation of inhabitants. Education of "refuses sorting system on begining" is very important as technical and managing solutions. Conacting of this two programes in one and including in municipality environment protection program is most profitable.(original abstract)
