Abstrakty

Celem artykułu jest pokazanie, w jaki sposób finansowanie przedsiębiorstw, odbywające się w ramach funduszy powierniczych, funduszy kapitału wysokiego ryzyka (venture capital), Narodowych Funduszy Inwestycyjnych (NFI) i holdingów, wpływa na zarządzanie przedsiębiorstwem udziałowym oraz jaki jest zakres funkcji zarządczych. Najwięcej miejsca poświęcono Narodowym Funduszom Inwestycyjnym.

The purpose of that article is to show how the financial enterprises like investment trust, Venture Capital, NFI, holdings influence the management of the company. We can find here also the answer to a question: "How big is the interference of those finansing forms to the internal matters of finansed enterprise?". This article has theoretical and empirial character. Empirial part is about the PPP companies, where the author as the research tools has used some findings of questionaries and interviews with directors (members of the management). There is also the answer to the question:"If capital investment of those finansing forms has long or short-term character?". According to the description of the character of chosen finansing forms, we can find out the conclusion that there is very different degree of management mambership. The range management functions depend on some parameters, for example: durability of investment, accepted degree of investment risk. We can find out the bigest ownership with the performance of the company in operative holding next in Venture Capital fund, NFI and close- and investment fund. The above institutions participate in management enterprises as a rule by determinating goals of performance of the company and the ways of goals' realization, current coordination and counselling.(original abstract)
