Autorka omówiła rozwiązania w zakresie przemieszczania przesyłek pocztowych w Niemczech, a następnie przedstawiła koncepcję dotyczącą racjonalizacji przewozu ładunku pocztowego w Polsce w oparciu o metodę rozwiązywania problemów decyzyjnych.

Actually, when the Polish Post became an independent economic unit, aiming to ability of self financing, it needs (as the economic point of view of the whole enterprise suggests) to look for the most efficient solutions also in the transportal spheres (taking the whole transportal market into account). Such a situation is strongly combined with a proper scheme helping to arrive at the right decision. A scheme of changes of the conveyors' structure in service of the Polish Post should be examined separetly for the inter- and innerdistrital courses. Choosing that sort of solution the most important activity to be taken would be to estimate the level of participation of different transportal branches. (original abstract)
