Abstrakty
Autorka, przedstawiając ideę i krótki opis, scharakteryzowała podstawowe techniki wpływające stymulująco na obszary działania małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw.
In the article the author describes and characterizes instruments of entrepreneurship, and outlines the possibilities of their use by Polish small and medium - sized firms. The article contains a description of a new instrument of entrepreneurship - factoring which only recently has become popular among economists and lawyers. Each of the presented instruments is defined and depicted in the form of a diagram, which makes it possible to present vividly entities taking advantage of instruments of entrepreneurship, the way contracts operate as well as the possibility of the observation of the functioning of each instrument. The presented above instruments demonstrate in what way one can affect the environment of an entreprise taking advantage of the well-known methods of broadening the extent and network of distribution, seeking sources of financing of current operations and investment projects, establishing contacts with enterprises with an established structure and quality products and services.
