Abstrakty
Celem artykułu była wstępna ocena czynników wpływających na dynamikę wzrostu gospodarczego Polski i realizację docelowego modelu gospodarki państwa. W związku z procesem otwierania się Polski na gospodarkę światową została sformułowana teza o konieczności przyśpieszenia zmian strukturalnych w gospodarce kraju, tj. zwiększenia konkurencyjności produkcji i usług, m. in. pod wpływem tzw. czwartego czynnika wytwórczego - zakumulowanej wiedzy.
The aim of the paper is the preliminary evaluation of the determinants of economic growth's dynamics in Poland in the transition process towards market economy and shaping the target economy model and the function of the state in it. Theses about the necessity of structural changes is Polish economy towards the increase of its competitiveness, including so-called fourth manufacture factor - accumulated knowledge, have been formulated. Achieving this goal demand creating an appropriate proportion of market functions and liberal state policy that would determine the scope of the deserved socio-economic conditions: socio-professional structure, agriculture structure, and factors that would benefit to the groving accumulation and deepen and widen the inner market absorptive power. The feedback change of the functions of these conditions' elements are generally also the requirements of the adaptation process of the Polish economy to the EU and global world economy.
