Artykuł stara sie odpowiedzieć na pytanie: czy istnieje dająca się opisać zależność między ilością czasu poświęcanego podwładnym a etycznością zachowań menedżera.
The principles of economy activity versus the principles of behaviour according to the parties concerned make the managers be obliged to behave honstly toward them. Among all managerial tasks there is an interpersonal role that forces the managers to initiate and co-ordinate the interpersonal, interorganisational links and those between groups. To do this the managers should devote some time to their subordinates. The question is if there is any dependence, one can describe, between the amount of time devoted to subordinates and the manager ethical behaviour. (original abstract)
