Tematem artykułu są wydatki inwestycyjne, które stanowią ważny element gospodarki finansowej gmin. W badaniach skupiono się głównie na wielkości potencjału gmin, który ma bezpośredni wpływ na pozycję województw w rankingach.

The other element of financial economy is expenditure. It can be divided into current and ca-pital expenditure. The former account is for the most expenditure. The latter are to finance building of new structures. In a given province we can observe investment potential dispro-portion. This diversity results from natural conditions, unlimited standard of industrialization and "saturation" with economic entities, big differences in their value standard, population density and distance from the markets.(original abstract)
