W artykule przedstawiono cele i zasady strategii efektywnej obsługi konsumenta.
The paper presents the aims and principles of effective customer reinforcement strategy. It indicates the possibilities to apply inforpartnering as a significant effectiveness method within the confines of fines ECR strategy. The special attention has been paid to the basic functions related to creating demand ECR strategy. These are: effective assortment of goods management; effective promotion management; effective management of a new product introduction into the market; effective management of information about demand; development of possibilities to common demand management.
