Omówiono działania zapewniające zewnętrzną konkurencyjność systemu wynagrodzeń oraz działania zapewniające wewnętrzną spójność tego systemu.
The problems connected with creating a modern model of compensation are the contents of this paper. Its main goals are: internal cohesion of compensation model and outward compentitiveness of payment. The first assumption is based on employees' understanding and acceptance of a compensation model in a firm, as well as job analysis, job evaluation and term incentive programs. Second condition concerns activities of a firm towards creating a compensation model like market definitions, market surveys, and pay structure and to gain and hold the best employees from labour market. Skilful combination of these two assumptions can create a modern compensation system in firm. (original abstract)
