This article describes one of the foreign markets entering strategies - franchising. The advantages of using this method, together with all the dangers, have been presented and emphasized. However, the author has tried to demonstrate the fact that the benefits surpass the drawbacks, and that franchising might be a strategy to recommend to Polish companies on their way to the global market.
