Abstrakty
Przedmiotem artykułu jest analiza zjawiska zmian lokalizacyjnych przedsiębiorstw przemysłowych omówionych na przykładzie przedsiębiorstwa przemysłu tytoniowego. Autor charakteryzuje czynniki determinujące zmianę lokalizacji przedsiębiortswa Reemtsma Polska SA w regionie miejskim Poznania, wskazuje wynikające z tego korzyści ekonomiczne dla miasta, przedsiębiorstwa i rejonu, do którego przedsiębiorstwo zostało przeniesione. Nakreśla także trudności, jakie wystąpiły w trakcie poszukiwania nowej lokalzacji przez przedsiębiorstwo.
Dislocations, migrations or shifts of industrial plants in the urban area are caused by different factors. The factors displacing industry from the city centre result mainly from the limited development possibilities of enterprises in the zones of densely concentrated buildings and the clash of functions. The factors which attract industry to the peripheral areas can be reduced to land prices, investment breaks and freedom of development and also to environmental factors. The results of the actual shifts of industrial enterprises from the centre to the suburban zone are of both social and economic character. They accelerate economic development of the adjacent communes increasing incomes in their budgets; they limit the incomes of agglomeration centres but they also provide the possibilities of improvement in the spatial structure of the centre. The article presents dislocation of the tobacco plant Reemtsma Polska S.A. from the central urban zone of Poznan to the commune called Tarnowo Podgorne. It discusses both the reasons for the plant's migration and the anticipated results for the enterprise and the commune. (original abstract)
