Przedmiotem opracowania jest zagadnienie pozyskiwania kapitału obcego poprzez emitowanie papierów wartościowych, na przykładzie emisji papierów średnio- i długoterminowych (akcji i obligacji).

Procedures of the midlle - and longterm securities' issue, based on an issue of shares and bonds with their short descriptions and their role in a correct functioning both concern and state, are presented in this article. Gaining capital within an issue has a significant ingluence for the development strategy. Depend on the needs, profits from the issues can be used for further development of investments and also to increase circulating capital or to reduce debts. What profits will be used for, is a choice which is connected with making the most reasonable decision from profitableness angle and longterm business. It often happens that capital gained from an issue is used for paying debts off. It becomes obvions when we compare the effects of decreasing financial costs with the possibility of achievement of familiar capital profitableness as a result of investments or other capital involovments. What can be noticed so far, it's connected with a high risk and it doesn't fulfil the expectations. (original abstract)
