Przedstawiono zewnętrzne i wewnętrzne czynniki funkcjonowania przedsiębiorstw. Następnie zaprezentowano wyniki badań empirycznych dotyczących znaczenia czynników determinujących proces kształtowania strategii finansowania majątku.

The article is devoted to the determinants that shape the strategy for financing the property of production companies. It consists of two parts. The first one depicts the essence and classification of internal and external factors that govern a company. The second refers to the results of the empirical researches that aimed at estimating the importance of factors, which determine the process of shaping the financial strategy.(short original abstract)
