Autor przeanalizował regionalne zróżnicowanie wpływu przekształceń systemowych w gospodarce Słowacji na poszczególne sektory, a także wpływ kapitału zagranicznego na rynek pracy w tych regionach.

The process of the transformation to the market economy has influenced the labour market especially by the high increase of the overall unemployment but simultaneously by the development of the great differences i nthe regional unemployment level. To solve this problem not only macroeconomical but also the regional means have to be applied. One of the means is the engagement of the foreign investments. The economical transformation deeply pronounced of the all branches of the national economy. (original abstract)
