Abstrakty
W artykule omówiono znaczenie szkolenia kadr w warynkach gospodarki rynkowej oraz potrzeby edukacyjne kadry polskich przedsiębiorstw w okresie transformacji społeczno-gospodarczej. Przedstawiono ogólną charakterystykę polskiego rynku usług szkoleniowych, zasady i techniki diagnozowania potrzeb szkoleniowych w przedsiębiorstwie, możliwosci i kryteria oceniania efektywności szkolenia kadr oraz najwazniejsze kierunki działania w celu poprawy jakości szkolenia kadr w przedsiębiorstwie.
A significant factor supporting the development of a company is training of its managerial staff and specialists. In Poland, until the initiation of the economic and social transformation, personnel had been educated, trained and improved within a public system. After 1990 the state ceased to perform these functions. This results in a visible lack of rational personnel trainning policy at the company level. The Polish market of training services is developing quite chaotically. There is a scarcity of lecturers with knowledge of the requirements and environment of a modern enterprise. The training methods used are frequently not very effective, either. All this makes up the basis for postulates aimed at a radical improvement in the field of personnel training. The present quality of training may become a serious barrier in the economic development of Poland. (original abstract)
