Abstrakty

W artykule dokonano przeglądu substytucji usług pocztowych usługami tele- i radiokomunikacyjnymi. Przedstawiono wpływ rozwoju nowych usług tele- i radiokomunikacyjnych na zróżnicowanie usług pocztowych. W zakresie usług pocztowych zawierają się przesyłki listowe, do służb telematycznych należą usługi telefaksowe i poczta elektroniczna.

This report determined the review of the substitution postal services by the telecommunication and radiocommunication services. The report present influance of the development new telecommunication and radiocommunication services on the quantity level the postal services. In the range of postal services the reaserches included the letters corespondence services, the telecommunication included services - the telefax and E-mail service. (original abstract)
