Abstrakty

Autor scharakteryzował najczęściej prezentowane w literaturze przedmiotu typologie rodzajów restrukturyzacji przedsiębiorstw. Najogólniej można określić je mianem jednowymiarowych, bowiem zwraca się w nich zwykle uwagę na jedno tylko kryterium, na podstawie którego dokonano wyróżnienia opisywanych rodzajów restrukturyzacji. Autor podjął próbę zaproponowania nowej typologii rodzajów restrukturyzacji przedsiębiorstw, określonej, jako dwuwymiarowa koncepcja restrukturyzacji przedsiębiorstw, w której założono konieczność jednoczesnego prowadzenia w trakcie restrukturyzacji działań zapewniających przedsiębiorstwu przetrwanie, jak i osiągnięcie postępu w przedsiębiorstwie.

The restructurin process of enterprises is a well-known phenomenon both from practical activity of a number of Polish economic subjects and from theoretical considerations. One of the trends that occur in theses is a classification of the kinds of restructuring processs of the enterprises. The author states that sp far the literature of the subject has usually distinguished the kinds of restructuring in relation to one criterion. The procedure was defined as a one-dimensional approach.The approach to the classification of the kinds of restructuring processes in the enterprises as suggested by the author was termed as a two-dimensional approach. The author assumes that both in the course of normal functioning of the entreprise and, especially, in the course of restructuring process it is necessary to undertake activities which are at the same time oriented at survival and advanced. Such a tendency can be treated as the dimensions of the restructuring processes of the enterprise. The paper described the features of these tendencies. The assumption that the power of each of these tendencies can be big or small makes it possible to indentify four kinds of restructuring in the enterprise. Each of these is characterised by definite strength of the tendency to survive. All these kinds of restructuring are described in the present article. (original abstract)
