Abstrakty

W pracy poddano ocenie wpływ głównych składników detergentów (surfaktantów, fosforanów) oraz ich substytutów, z zastosowaniem metod fizykochemicznych, na jakość rynkowych środków czystości. Określono zestaw właściwości fizykochemicznych i użytkowych, mających istotny wpływ na jakość środków czystości.

The paper presents the results of studies on the effect of main components and their substitutes on the quality of cleaning agents. Several selected physicochemical and usable properties affecting significantly the quality were examined, i.e. concentration of hydrogen ions, surface tension, critical mycelization concentration, cloud point, foaming power, wetting power, resistance to hard water, and storage life. Some detergents were tested additionally for the degree of biodegradation. The usable properties of the tested non-ionic surfactants were found favourable. If some phosphates were substituted with zeolite, the change in the recipe did not worsen the properties of the detergents. As regards biodegradation and storage life foreign cleaning agents were better than domestic products. (original abstract)
