Abstrakty
W artykule przytoczono dane statystyczne związane z ETA i z terroryzmem represywnym, omówiono czynniki etiologiczne, religijne i pseudoreligijne terroryzmu w Kraju Basków oraz zastanawiano się nad istnieniem rozwiązań, które pozwoliłyby uniknąć terroryzmu, bądź go zmniejszyć lub "cierpliwie znosić".
The crucial connected with the problem of terrorism are those of force and violence, by which the author understands only illegal acts of physical or psychical coercion that violate human rights as distinct from the force of law or the acts of physical coercion lawfully applied by the legal authorities. A particular case of violence is terrorism or, strictly speaking, terrorism since there are at least three forms of it: subversive, repressive and the terrorism by legally appointed authorities. The problem of terrorism in the Basque Country is a highly complex one. While discussing it one should take into account a specific impact in this region of religious (pseudoreligious), cultural and geographical factors on the rise and magnitude of this phenomenon.
