W artykule omówiono koncepcję zrównoważonego rozwoju oraz jego zasady. Przedstawiono zagadnienie rozwoju gospodarstw rolnych oraz jego czynników: dochodu rolniczego i kredytu rolniczego.
Agricultural credit is the basic source of agricultural income support and as such it determines implementation of the principle of sustainable growth. It is a part if income of residual character, depending on the volume of agricultural incomes. The existing inefficiency of incomes in agriculture, a barrier to independent achievement of extended reproduction and a derivative from a discriminating market mechanism, hinders investment and eco-friendly activities. Thus, agricultural credit adjusted to the needs of sustainable agricultural growth must be one of the instruments used by the state. A stable state policy as regards agriculture (including money-credit relations) free from political pressure would be required. (original abstract)
