Abstrakty
Celem artykułu jest pokazanie problematyki pracy ludzkiej w aspekcie psychologicznym. Omówiono koncepcję kariery życiowej Donalda Supera. W propozycji Supera kariera jest rozpatrywana z indywidualnego punktu widzenia jako uporządkowany opis kolejnych decyzji życiowych. Praktycznym wyrazem koncepcji D. Supera jest technika nazywana "work importance study" (WIS), którą autor przedstawił w odniesieniu do kariery zawodowej. W ostatniej części artykułu autor zaprezentował podstawowe modele kariery zawodowej.

At the beginning the authors are discussing the vocational development according to Clarke Carney and Cindy Well's conception. Next, they describing the conception of social roles and vocational career and also the conception by Edgar Schein. In the last section they are presenting the method which can be used to analyze the main values realized in the course of work - WIS. (original abstract)
