Abstrakty

W części pierwszej artykułu zaprezentowano ogólne uwagi na temat kierunków rozwoju systemów zarządzania. W dalszej części artykułu autorka omawia nowe koncepcje zarządzania, spośród których cztery następujące są kluczowe: zarządzanie przez jakość, rozwój organizacji (pobudzenie efektywności, doskonalenie umiejętności), organizacje samouczące się (integracja procesu uczenia się) i zarządzanie wiedzą (nastawienie się na rozwój kapitału ludzkiego).

In the article the author discusses an evolution of management systems. In the first part, some general remarks on the topic of the observed trends are presented. The reader's attention is drawn to two primary trends named as contractual and participatory. In the remaining part of the article the author discusses new conceptions of management out of which the following four are focused on: management through quality (quality circles, total quality management), organization's development, self-learning organization, knowledge management.
