Abstrakty

Autorka dyskutuje kwestie związane ze wzrostem organizacji, przedstawiając spojrzenie na modele rozwinięte przez H. Mintzberga (model silnej ręki) i K. Bleichera (model rozwoju w sześciu fazach). W zakończeniu opisuje cztero etapowy (przedsiębiorczość, wzrost, dojrzałość i schyłek) złożony model rozwoju przedsiębiorstwa.

In this article, the author discusses issues connected with the growth of organizations. She looks at the models developed by H. Mintzberg and K. Bleicher, in particular, H. Mintzberg's strong-arm policy model, which offers an interesting view of how enterprises are structured. In turn, K. Bleicher's model of organizational development highlights various development paths on the basis of both an enterprise's internal potential and its external possibilities. Finally, the author proposes a four-stage, composite model of enterprise development. (original abstract)
